Transition Support Services are designed to provide technical assistance to districts in implementing the Federal and State requirements for Transition Planning and Services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and the New York State Career and Occupational Studies Standards (CDOS). Technical assistance on the State Performance Plan (SPP) transition related indicators (1, 2, 8, 13,14) is a major focus.
