The Monroe 1 BOCES Community Communication service helps to implement vendor based solutions that promote the collection, exchange, and analysis of ideas, data and the pulse of the community at large. With these powerful tools, schools can discover common ground, learn what matters to specific groups and take action knowing what type of support and buy-in you have. Examples of these solutions but not necessarily limited to these two would be Thought Exchange and BrightBytes. Monroe 1 will assist as follows:
1. Coordinate and participate with vendor demonstrations
2. Act as a liaison between vendors and district for initial implementations
3. Assist with implementation planning
4. Contract administration, license tracking and invoicing
5. Consultation from a data specialist
6. Provide first level support when needed.
