TheWinCap Distributed Finance/Human Resources is a central server-based financialand payroll system that operates totally within the boundaries of the schooldistrict. The system performs general ledger, purchasing, billing, budgeting,accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, human resources,benefits and attendance processing functions using an integrated filestructure. Web based modules are being developed. Base modules include: GeneralLedger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Payroll and Human Resources.
