The cooperative Telephone InterconnectService is designed to provide participating school districts withcost-effective and efficient networks for voice communications. This isaccomplished by assisting districts with cooperative bidding and consulting forboth telephone service and the associated maintenance charges. The service isflexible and allows districts to maintain control of telephone service withintheir schools. Assistance with billing and operations is available.
