This service is designed to assist school districts in their day to day support of technology within their school district. The Monroe RIC will provide on-site and remote support through our Service Desk and Application Support teams. Technical support includes support of computers and peripherals including operating systems, setup, application installation and configuration. Technical support also includes local area network troubleshooting along with basic network support of IP based technologies.
