Electronic email archiving provides for the long term archiving of email messages to enable legal compliance and operational efficiency. Using the Mail Meter system, email messages are captured prior to delivery and stored and secured for later access. Access can be either by district administrators and/or the end user. The system has extensive support for keyword and other searches across all district mailboxes for legal investigations and discovery.
