The Fleet Management Service is designed to meet the technology needs of our transportation departments such as bus garages.  Fleet software will help streamline such tasks as tracking tire and brake readings, mileage, licenses, parts inventory, scheduling preventative maintenance, and inputting repair orders. Other benefits could be on-board GPS tracking and the ability to have alerts and trouble codes emailed to the command center.

Monroe 1 BOCES RIC responsibilities are as follows:

1.     Coordinate and participate with vendor demonstrations

2.     Act as a liaison between vendors and district for initial implementations

3.     Assist with implementation planning

4.     Contract administration, license tracking and invoicing


Prerequisite: Core participation and appropriate vendor charge back

Cost: $3,672.00 Per District
