This service provides direct management of the IT service for schools; including the development of the service in relation to the district’s established educational vision and goals. This managed IT service will establish policies, procedures and guidelines, develop IT infrastructure and equipment lifecycles, coordinate IT projects, provide day-to-day support, ensure the service and infrastructure is obtained at the most effective costs at the service level determined and required, and plan for future capacity and growth.
