If you have a login to WinCapWeb, you can log in and visit your organization's Support page, which is located in the menus under myWinCap >> myAccount >> Contact Support. From there you will have access to phone numbers and emails for support staff in your organization who can help with any problem.

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the WinCapWeb password recovery tool , to help you reset your password.

If you are still having trouble logging in or do not know your username, please contact your organization's WinCapWeb System Administrator or Technology Office. Many times, this information is available on your organization's web site.
