Included are: monitoring of the selection, prescription and purchase of HAT; fitting and adjustments of the system; in-service training for students and staff as well as periodic teacher consultation; classroom observation and other assessments as needed; regular checks of the HAT system, participate in CSE, 504 and other related meetings; annual audiological evaluation of hearing and prescriptive amplification device as well as update of auditory processing (if applicable). Technology support is included for troubleshooting HAT issues and provision of back-up equipment when necessary. Equipment replacement and repairs will be automatically billed when necessary. Equipment insurance billed automatically on an annual basis.
