Students with visual impairments are provided access to the same or comparable educational materials. Examples include:
Braille Transcription, Tactile materials, Enlargement of printed materials, Modification of format.

Due to the time needed for adaptations, a minimum of 1 week lead time is required for each request.  In addition, vision consult service is required for the Teacher of the Visually Impaired to communicate with classroom teachers about material adaptation needs.
