Special Education Teacher / Consultant Program provides special education teachers for direct / indirect instruction and support for students with disabilities who are enrolled in general education classes and/or special education programs. Teachers are responsible for the development, evaluation and implementation of the students' Individualized Education Plans. Eligible students include those whose IEP's designate Consultant Teacher/Resource level of services in public, private or parochial schools; are awaiting placement, or who require instruction in home-based or community-based locations.
