The Human Resource Manager Service offers the participating districts assistance and support with Human Resources/Personnel operations. The scope of the assistance and support will be developed by the district in consultation with the Ulster BOCES Office of Personnel.
Areas of support and assistance include:
- Resource Center
- Development of Best Practices
- Human Resources/Personnel Audit Assistance
- Guidance to Support Compliance with Personnel Requirements
- Provide Workshops/Presentations to Human Resource/Personnel Staff
- Assistance with Job Description Development
