Additionally,collaboration is supported through the collection of MARC records for inclusionin both local and regional union catalogs. As a part of this service, districtsreceive help desk problem resolution, technical support, training, equipmentordering, installation and upgrades, retrospective conversion and consultationand planning preparation.
