Senior Technicians provideinstallation of hardware and software, account creation, basic accountadministration, print queue administration, general troubleshooting andassistance. They have input into the overall network design and configurationplanning, server installation, network maintenance, ongoing server maintenance,user accounts, shared printer administration, long term capacity planning andlicensing concerns.

NOTE: All shared staff placementsfollow CoSer guidelines which allow up to .6 FTE of an individual in a specificdistrict.
