Board Docs provides a comprehensive feature set to help districts create and manage agendas, policies, and library items, and make them available for viewing over the internet. Designated administrators can load agenda items in which Board members can securely access important information. Monroe 1 RIC responsibilities are as follows:

Coordinate and participate with Board Docs demonstrations

Assist districts with building business case and cost justification for purchasing Board Docs

Contract administration, license tracking and invoicing

Act as liaison between Board Docs and district for initial implementation of service

Assist with implementation planning
